Welcome to Bhaagya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bhaagya platform operated by Sarg Innovation Labs Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using Bhaagya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Bhaagya, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Bhaagya provides:

• Daily horoscope readings based on Vedic astrology
• Birth chart (Kundali) generation and analysis
• Compatibility assessments
• Consultations with verified astrologers via chat, call, or video
• Wallet system for seamless payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Consultation charges are based on the astrologer's per-minute or per-question rates
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and can be used only for services on Bhaagya
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm astrologers or other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or features

8. Astrologer Terms

Astrologers on our platform are independent contractors, not employees. While we verify credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any reading. Users should exercise their own judgment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sarg Innovation Labs Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarg Innovation Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarg Innovation Labs Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any unused wallet balance may be refunded per our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
