Refund Policy

At Bhaagya, operated by Sarg Innovation Labs Private Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our astrological services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Wallet Top-ups
Refund Eligibility
- Unused wallet balance can be refunded upon request
- Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the top-up date
- A processing fee of 5% may be deducted from the refund amount
- Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable
Processing Time
Refunds for wallet balance are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
2. Consultation Refunds
Full Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Technical issues on our end that prevented the consultation
- Astrologer did not join the scheduled session
- Consultation was cancelled by the astrologer before it began
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
Partial Refund Scenarios
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- The consultation was interrupted due to technical issues and could not be resumed
- The service provided significantly differed from what was described
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed consultations where service was delivered as described
- Dissatisfaction with the astrological prediction or advice
- User's failure to attend a scheduled consultation
- Consultations cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time
- Issues caused by the user's internet connection or device
3. Subscription Refunds
For premium subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds for unused subscription periods are provided on a pro-rata basis
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- Any benefits or credits used during the subscription period will be deducted
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address and phone number
- Provide the transaction ID or consultation ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation
